 Surface Zero — Flat-Top Griddle Resurfacing Since 2010

Surface Zero was built on one simple idea: commercial flat-top griddles should perform, look, and cook

the way they did when they were new — not the way they look after years of carbon buildup, uneven

wear, and compromised surfaces.

My name is Corey Marks, and Owner of SURFACE ZERO  Flat Top Resurfacing Specialists since 2010. Born and raised in Toronto, Canada, I bring over a decade of hands-on experience working with commercial surfaces that demand consistency, cleanliness, and performance.

Surface Zero was created to provide professional flat-top griddle resurfacing for restaurants,

commercial kitchens, and food service operators who demand reliability.

What We Do

Surface Zero specializes exclusively in flat-top griddle resurfacing and restoration. We do not simply

clean griddles — we reset them. Our process removes years of carbon buildup, grease, oxidation, and

uneven wear to restore the cooking surface to a uniform, factory-style finish ready for seasoning and

consistent heat transfer.
